Items must be returned to us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
For product returns that are not a result of a Tried & True error, the customer must ship the item at their own expense.
Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. We currently offer both expedited and regular service throughout the world.

What is your returns policy?
We accept all returns. Where an error has been made by Tried & True, or product is damaged or dysfunctional, Tried & True will refund in full plus cost of return shipping (within Australia only).

Yes! We have tested a multitude of products over many years under many different conditions. We hand picked the very best products at the best prices and only offer you the products we use regularly, and rigorously ourselves.

Tried & True is currently an online store only. This allows us to offer you our incredible products at the lowest prices possible.
